Quickstart

Assuming you have an access to the Bare Metal Service and have a dedicated project with physical resources allocated, you have two ways of provisioning a physical instance:

1. Self-managed instance
2. Puppet-managed instance

Together with a new OpenStack Project you will get a new flavour in the form of p1.abc123 assigned. p1 stands for 1st generation physical instance. Similar flavors in the form of s1.abc123, t1.abc123 and u1.abc123 are also physical flavors.
